# Fire Log

Every time the machine does something wrong — anything, no matter how small —
write it down. One line. Date, what happened, how you caught it.

Don't judge the entries. Don't categorize them. Don't try to fix anything yet.
Just log. Do it for at least two weeks.

After two weeks, read the whole log front to back. You'll see patterns. Maybe
the machine always gets confident about numbers it invented. Maybe it always
reports completion before checking its own work. Maybe it loses track of which
version is current after the third revision. Your patterns will be different
from mine. But they'll be patterns.

Each pattern is a future bank. Each bank is a fire that only burns you once.

The person who logs, learns. The person who doesn't, repeats. Start logging.
